1. General

Pixel Web Work provides professional marketing, design and consulting services for schools and educational institutes. Our work involves time, planning, strategy and creative effort. For this reason, all payments made for services are generally non-refundable.

2. Project-Based Work

For project-based work (such as website design, branding or one-time campaigns):

• Advance fees paid to start a project are non-refundable.
• If a project is cancelled by the client after work has begun, you will be liable to pay for work completed up to the date of cancellation, as per agreed milestones.

3. Monthly / Retainer Services

For ongoing services (such as SEO, social media management, ad management), fees are payable in advance for each billing cycle.

• Once the billing cycle has started, fees for that period are non-refundable.
• Cancellation requests should be sent in writing before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid further billing.

4. Delays Due to Client Inputs

If there are delays or lack of results due to delayed content, approvals, data, access or other inputs from the client’s side, Pixel Web Work will not be liable for refunds or compensation.

Marketing effectiveness depends on consistent execution, content availability and collaboration.
